Subject: Help!!! I cant get in now!!

I filled out the application to start a forum. When they sent me the email confirmation it has a url address to contact in order to confirm. Theirs only one problem- I have typed in that address 9 ways till sunday and it still wont let me in!!! Please help me. Thank you
