Subject: sister rosetta, you need to read this, you may find it inspiring.

First off, i think this whole sister rosetta thing was made by some psychological society to try to help people get reduce their stress levels by taking it out on a common enemy: a completely radical person who voices their completely radical views that are no way accepted by the majority of the population. If Sister Rosetta really is a real person, well then, I hope you read this Sister, and I also hope that you rethink your spirituality. To start off, i want to say that i have gone to catholic school all my life, been baptized, and even got confirmed, so there is no way you can tell me that i dont know what i am talking about. I read your article about how skateboarding is "wicked" and i feel that the thoughts that you are sending out are what is truly "wicked." First off, you cannot just take random quotes out of the bible, and say that it is proof that skateboarding is wicked. To take a quote out of the bible that says the word "wheel" and then suddenly interpret it as that the bible is saying that all skateboarding is evil just because it has "wheel" in it is just plain ignorant. The bible was written as something to promote peace, not something to incite anger, and that is exactly what you are using it for. You may say that it is skateboarding that is evil, but it is you that is evil Sister Rosetta. You are taking a book for peace and turning it into a book for hate, just like every other radical christian group that feels that they are right, and everyone else is going to hell. Now im not going to lie and say that the culture around skateboarding is perfect, and that there is no bad things going on there, because there are, but look at the entire idea of religion (specifically the western religions), they are infinitley worse than anything skateboarders could possibly do. The skateboard culture may be known as one that is full of drunkards, potheads, and anarchists, but that is a stereotype. A large population of skateboarders are doing it for the rush you get everytime you learn a new trick, much like the same rush im sure you get through praying. Now back to the western religions. During World War 2, and the holocaust, the Catholic Church knew full and well about the camps, and about what was going on there. And what did they do? Absolutely nothing. Now you may feel that there was nothing they COULD do, which is true to a point, but it was the fact that they did nothing more than sit in their chairs and say, oh well, its what they get. If we go a little more back, and look to the history books, we find something that is terrible. When we go back and research some, we find out that during the time of the black plague, the catholic church was so corrupt, that they did something that noone else would. They would tell people that in order to pray correctly, you had to swing your rosary over the banister of the pew, and they pull it back, and do it repeatedly. There would be nails that were in the back of the pew that noone could see, and their rosaries would become stuck on them. The catholic church taught the people that this was actually the devil holding onto your rosary, and that in order to make him let go, YOU HAD TO THROW MONEY OVER THE PEW. Now how wicked would you say that is Sister Rosetta? In current news, we see that priests do a little bit more than just help us "cleanse ourselves of our sins" and "make us holy," they molest children as well. Now if that isn't wicked, I dont know what is. For the most part Sister, I genuinley feel that you are just bitter because you cant be a priest, and so you decide to take it out on something you dont know anything about. Dont knock it if you havent tried it. Oh, by the way, I do believe that there is a quote in the bible that says "all things in moderation," so why dont you try skateboarding sometime Sister? You may learn to like it.
