First-- Why Is skateboarding a crime---

Well, Not all skateboarding is. For instance, it isnt a crime if you:

1) Skate in your own yard or drive
2) Skate in a duely designated area, such as a skate park


It however *IS* a crime, if you skate on any of the following surfaces in many US cities.

1)City streets
2)City sidewalks
3)Public stairways
4)Public handrails
5)Public wheelchair ramps
6)Parking Lots
7)Loading Docks
8)Parking Garages
9)Alleyways

An example of such a city ordinance can be found here. Wolfie cannot say for certain that it is illegal where you live, since wolfie doesnt have that knowledge, but should it be true that it is (As it is in most places), Then the following text describes why it is that it would be a sin.
