Freddie has interesting tunes. A lot of which I have never heard before in my life. I'm intrigued.
My soundtrack at this point in my life would be;
1. X Japan - Art Of Life
A song about delusion and inner fear, the psychosomatic symptoms that are eventually overcomed by the will to live. A song of despair to hope. This song is more than twenty minutes in length and includes a lengthy piano solo towards the finale that symbolizes the move from dischordancy to life. beautiful.
2. Genesis - In The Cage & Afterglow
In my opinion, the best genesis medley.Consisting of In The Cage, Colony Of Slippermen, and Afterglow, the images and metaphors fit the trials and tribulations of spiritually and physically lonely city life.
3. Kittie - Will To Live
This is the song that changed my life, a song about losing hope which manages to convey the opposite meaning. Performed by the best all-female metal band that are truer to the soul of the music than most of their male metal counterparts.
4. Mudvayne - Not Falling
A classic song of inner strength. No matter how much life and reality drags you down, you will not fall.
5. Iron Maiden - Rainmaker
When in times of doubt, you are a land in drought. Waterless, losing all reserves of hope. But with patience and perseverance, the rain will come. The rain will replenish us, closing the cracks that are in our life.
6. Van Halen - Right Now
Miss a beat, lose the rythm. One step ahead, then one step behind. You have to run to get even. Life takes you in all sorts of direction, but we have the power to carry on.
7. Explorer's Club - Last Call, A Glimpse Into A Disturbed mind
