Hair & Make-up Rules:
0-9 yrs. ~ Light H&M, No Extreme Eye/Lip/Cheek Coloring
10-up ~ Full H&M!!!

Attire:
0-9 ~ Anything Red, White, & Blue (No Pageant Wear)
10-Up ~ Pageant Wear
