Subject: Silly Question - OK?

So - I'm must be an olde lady, but I hate to throw clothes OUT. So - what does one do with blue jeans with holes in the knees and up and down from there. I ain't no teenager to go uptown wearing pants with HOLES - but --- there is still GOOD material in those jeans to do something 'with'- - hummm - what to do? Any suggestions besides turning the 'WELCOME' Mat around and going OTUSIDE to get some fresh air??
Thanks for suggestions - and Happy New Year.
Joy

Nancy's Notions has lots of patterns to buy for using old jeans as well as a a video for working with denim. Maybe this will give you some ideas.

If you make cards, little strips of old jeans can be used on your cards. If you are a stamper, you can clean your stamps on pieces of old jeans.

When my kids were little I used to cut them up into smaller pieces of them and throw in the closet in the back and when they got holes in the knees I'd always go in there find a denim that look like that one and Patch them. I've also used them that I have saved to make their jeans longer when they had just outgrown the lenght. Worked out great for the play clothes

My dear Mother-in-law made quilt tops to take on picnics. Look on pinterest under Used jeans ideas.
