Oh boy!!

Britain is sourcing a huge digital government project right now to run in a single instance, the entire government of afganistan.

Methinks the destination for NK government or any new constitution is a pilot project initially... and i'm completely open as to where the pilot runs.

It is also advisable to keep track of the progress of the new european constitution as it goes through its revision process... mostly in that the negotiations are current, and the issues are politically telling regarding any population in our modern times accepting a new federal constitution... like the word "federal" is banned from the document..
