Subject: KIA KILLS

I bought a KIA as my first car. I have had it for four years and ithas been nothing but trouble but the dealer and the sorry warranty has been worse. Now my Sportage is in the shop again because last time they fixed it, they didn't tighten the spark plugs. although they are the only ones who have ever worked on my vehicle they claim that I can't prove they were the last ones working on the car so if I want it fixed I have to pay - for their MISTAKE!! The general manager even said to me " If you don't liek it, little girl, sue us" PEOPLE BEWARE. I am in such dire starits, I just want to die. KIA kills.
