Subject: 2004 kia optima stalling

2004 kia optima
stalls out when running ac
have replaced main relay
fuel filter
and something else

if you let it sit a bit it will run
can't afford to be stalled has anyone had similar problems
dealer says they can't do anything cus the problem needs reconstructing.........
any one had similar problem?
