Subject: Kia Sportage almost killed me

On April 27, 2006 my Kia 2001 Sportage steering failed, and I hit a tree going 40 miles an hour! I am thankful that there were no other vehicles involved, however, I have some pretty bad head injuries.

I have written to so many agencies, it would cost me over $200.00 to copy. The power windows failed 5 times within the first 6 months, the sensor went within 6 months, the master cylinder busted within the first year of ownership, the heater motor caught fire and filled the cabin with smoke 6 times.

I have contacted so many agencies, without any resolution. Are there any serious attorneys out there?
