Subject: Kia Spectra 2002

I ,like many others have been very disapionted with kia's service and cocern of their poorly crafted vehicles.Our transmission has been replaced three times ,been in the shop four other times for the same problem and we have been lied to,put off with excuses time and time again.bad product,poor service and no one seems to care.
