Subject: I'm a little desperate here (!)

Okay
I did everything like it was said in the help file :
- imported my gedcom file
- complied it
- set author and stuff
- I took the \website folder
- I uploded it to its directory : http://genealogie.lapin.org/

- I have 5 files here : dftbs.zip - dftico.zip - dftlg0.zip - dftlg1.zip - dftpgm.jar - example.html
- my java options are activated

Then, I click on the tree that appears on the example page, and it compiles, and nothing else happens, I'm stuck with the tree page !!

Did I do something stupid ? What's my problem ?
Thanks for any help you could give me.
