If all the files from the project\Website folder have been uploaded, the most likely explanation is that your Web Provider doesn't permit uploading zip files.
If so then changing the 'zip' file extension can sometimes solve the problem (see DftCom2 Help file)

If all files are present, please email me privately with the URL of your website and I will check your site from this end.
