Subject: fail to access database

I discovered that some people who wanted to access my family tree don't get the picture of the tree and that they cannot access the family tree.
It works fine on my computer also at work, but a colleague also had this problem. I want to make a remark on the page about this but what can I advise people that encounter this problem.
