Do any of your image file names contain spaces or more than eight characters?

Whilst these are ok under Windows, they may not be recognised by the operating system used by your web server.

I suggest that you ensure that all image file conform to the
standard UNIX 8.3 character format.

You will of course then have to recompile and re-upload yor DFT.
