Can't load the database in XP -- "Dynamic Family Tree" User Group

Subject: Can't load the database in XP

I am trying to view a family tree sent to me by a relative. I have two systems. One is Win 2000 and the other is XP. I can click on the tree and view the family tree in 2000, but on my xp machine I get the message "Can't Load Database."

Java 2 is loaded in the system tray.

Any suggestions on why I can't load the database?
