Some people can't load my tree -- "Dynamic Family Tree" User Group

Subject: Some people can't load my tree

I have a DFT tree on my website. Most people can read it with no problems.
However, one person mailed me that the program doesn't load/work, even though he does manage to load and read example applets on the DFT website. He tried with several browsers.
What could be the cause of this?
