Addition to: Some people can't load my tree -- "Dynamic Family Tree" User Group

To pinpoint his problem: the tree seems to load and the little green tree appears, but when clicking it, he gets the message "Unable to load database".
As I mentioned, he does manage to open example trees on the DFT site.
Other people, including myself, don't have such a problem.
