Currently, this posting reflects a Cash & Carry Settlement for Buyers that are presently in Ghana.

I have an active Seller here who always has available product. Minimum Purchase is 2kgs.

We do not issue "generic" FCO's, as to avoid any wasted effort and paperwork being over-exposed amongst "Internet Channels". Our Agreements are presented "Named-Specific" to Buyer/Buyer Rep, once interest is confirmed by Buyer.

For an uninterrupted and successful closing, It is best to determine in the preliminary stages if there is a mutual procedural match for both, Buyer and Seller.

This is a true Cash and Carry Transaction, based on the living culture of real Ghanaian Sellers. ASSAY-PAY-BUYER CARRY-GOLD AWAY.

This is NOT an offer where Buyer relies on Refinery to close the deal:
ASSAY-EXPORT PREP-PAY-SELLER WALKS AWAY, as AFTER Assay.

1) Review of Procedural Protocol
2) Review of Buyer Understanding - Buyer signs and returns

I know this will be very strange to some people but normal to those who knows such situations and even worse once.I am begging anyone nor matter where you are or from to help me achieve my dream.I really want to go to school but the means is not available.I am a Cameroonian and i have my advance level certificate which is an entrance certificate into the University.After saving some money for two years have done a one year program in Computer Maintenance and Repairs.Still no job just doing one crazy job to another which to be paid is still a problem in this lovely country of mine which i love so much just the system will not give you any opportunity.Will be 25 March 2013 and telling you how i got to this level of education with my two sisters without parents and anyone to support us is a very long story which can not be put up here.Life has really been difficult all along.Please i am not saying we are suffering that even to eat is a problem no.We eat and live very well just that to take care of educational bills and bills at home has been so stressful.

PRICE: $33,500.00 PER KILOGRAM FOB and $35,500 for CIF PER KILOGRAM

PAYMENT CIF: 20% AFTER DELIVERY AND SUCCESSFUL INITIAL RANDOM TEST SAMPLE,THEN BALANCE PAYMENT OF 80% AFTER REFINERY SMELTING AND ASSAY REPORT.

TERMS OF PAYMENT FOB: The payment of the product will be done at the buyer’s destination after refinery. However 10% of the total cost will be paid by buyer to seller to cover Export Expenses and Documentation, and after buyer has been satisfied with the quality of goods and all the procedures, shipment will be effected within 72 hours. The balance of 90% will be paid based on the refinery’s report, 2 to 3 working days after goods has been delivered to buyer’s refinery.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A contract agreement stipulating terms and conditions of this transaction will be signed between seller and buyer. Buyer must arrive in Cameroon to sign all business and legal documents in respect of the transaction and also use the chance to interact with management and physically ascertain the product.

Seller’s mandate will accompany buyer and the product to his destination upon receipt of the Export and Documentation Expenses.

PROCEDURE FOR CIF:

(1) Seller delivers CIF to UK/USA, MACAU, MALAYSIA and HONG KONG/HOLLAND.
(2) Buyer meets Seller representative and do random test of Gold Dust.
(3) On successful random test, Buyer to pay 20% of total value of Products as cost of shipment.
(4) Seller representative and Buyer take Gold Dust to refinery for smelting and assay.
(5) Following satisfactory assay report from refinery, Buyer to make balance 80% payment to Seller via bank transfer.
