What I'm more afraid of is that TPTB will make Thorne behave like Ridge did when he took over as CEO for Brooke during her stay at the spa. Ridge became a power hungry jerk and I DO NOT want that to happen to Thorne.
I want him to step up into his rightful place at Forrester’s & in Eric’s life. I want him to take back what should have been his all along!. I want Thorne to be strong but to show compassionate to others not to become power drunk and inconsiderate & condescending like Ridge did.
I don’t want him to feel that life owes him everything like Ridge has felt and has lived his whole life. I want Thorne to step up & prove that he can do it because he deserves it not because he inherited it like Ridge did.
I want Thorne to show strength tempered with understanding but I also want him to kick Ridge’s butt all the way back to Spectra’s empty handed.
Now here is the problem as I see it. If Thorne becomes really nasty & aggressive and Ridge is shown to be suffering because of the fallout from finding out that Massimo is his father not Eric adding in Taylor death’s it MIGHT make Brooke want to comfort Ridge even after ALL he’s done to HURT her & her children.
Brooke’s compassionate nature might have her turn towards Ridge in his suffering & away from Thorne if he’s being too aggressive & nasty. I think TPTB should make Thorne strong & let him win the fight for Forrester’s from Ridge but I don’t want them to make him seen uncaring & totally uncaring..
Brooke needs to see him as a strong & compassionate man, the one man that will stand by her even if the truth comes out about Deacon ( and I want it to come out because I don’t want it hanging over her or their heads like a guillotine waiting to fall) I want Thorne to win this battle. Ridge has had his way since this show started & it’s time for Thorne to come out on top with the company & Brooke.. Hugs Jackie
