Do you think that Bell can do it again (reignite their magic) but this time with no doubts by Brooke or Thorne about Ridge to ruin them?
I read on Miss B’s board someone’s opinion (don’t remember who posted it) that getting Deacon to say it was not his baby (meaning he is bowing out of Brooke’s & Bridget’s life) is all that Bell is going to do to appease Brooke fans as far as the Deacon/Brooke/Bridget baby mess is concerned... This means the baby will stay Deacon's & Brooke will move on with her life without Deacon.
IMO that is not enough for us & certainly not enough for Brooke or Bridget!
It sounds just like Bell that he will only do this little bit to appease fans but not go all the way and change the baby’s paternity.
By changing the paternity of Baby Logan he would be admitting that the whole storyline was a mistake. I’m not sure that Bell’s ego would be able to do that!
I hope that Bell DOES change the baby’s paternity and make her Thorne’s or else she will be a constant reminder to Bridget of what her Mother & husband did to her…
If the baby is Ridge's it still makes Brooke look bad to fans & Bridget because the baby is tied to the time when Brooke was chasing after Ridge & only caring about herself. At least that’s how I saw it.
I remember that Bridget even told her mother how wrong she was to chase after Ridge but still Brooke continued to chase Ridge. She seemed to only care about what she wanted & not care about anybody else’s feeling.. So if this baby is Ridge’s (which I don’t believe it is) Bridget will not be happy. The baby will someday learn that her father was married with children when she was conceived & how her mothers behaved during this time. (there will always be someone around to denounce Brooke to her)
IMO Bell has to see that Brooke’s only hope is for the baby to be Thorne’s & to let them try & rebuilt what was torn apart when Brooke IMO lost her mind & told Deacon that she woke up & went to bed thinking of her Soul mate & that it was Ridge! IMO there was NO fact to support what she said!!! We never saw or heard Brooke talk or even think about Ridge during the time that B&T were together!
IMO having Brooke say that to Deacon was a quick way to end Throoke, have Brooke chase after Ridge only to have him dump her again to make her vulnerable to Deacon. Which IMO is where he was taking Brooke all along!!!
Anyway I really hope that Throoke gets another chance. I feel robbed by what Bell did to them. I was a long time Bridge fan & got screwed by Bell with them for years now he did it again to me with Throoke. This time this fans is voting & writing & telling him that I’m mad & I want him to fix Brooke & fix Throoke! Hugs Jackie
