You can use any type of pipe. I prefer poly but you won't have space for clamps in the 2" "casing". PVC in the well would be easiest. You will want a union near the pump. Probably almost any shallow well jet pump will work. The drop pipe will end up being supported by the elbow at the top of the "casing". I doubt that you will find a ready made cover because what you are doing is not standard issue. Normally the drive pipe is connected directly to the pump even if you have to reduce down to 1-1/4 to do it. Well pits such as yours are illegal in most states because it is difficult to keep surface water from getting into the well casing and polluting the well and possibly the aquifer that others rely on.
