I don't know where your location is or who put together your quote...frankly i don't care. You are not a professional so don't attempt to save a buck and do a improper job. Drillers are undervalued people with licenses and bonds to protect the environment... not average joes with the ambition to "try a weekend project". Better know what your doing before you break ground because when the neighbors kids get 3 eyes and 4 fingers... you better have an excuse for why your well is dumping contaminates into the aquifer.
