Jerry ,
No special nozzel or fitting is needed.We use Chicago fittings but you can use standard pipe thread fittings.
Have a high pressure hose connect to the compressor and the other end, to 1/2'' or 3/4 '' galvanized or black iron pipe which is submerged in the well.The end that is in the well should be unrestricted to deliver as much air as possible.A ball valve is good to add to the air line because as you turn the valve on and off the column of water will fall back into the well through the screen. By reversing the flow you will more fully develope the well.
Use common sense and caution. An air hose that breaks free due to poor connections will become an uncontrollable projectile, also don't develope a potable well with this system unless you have something to filter the air from the compressor. You could possibly introduce contaminants (oil from lubricating the compressor) into the well
