Here is what I wold do. Cut off about six inches of two inch pipe. Make sure you have the blue water okay type glue, not the clear.

Glue a new inside fitting in where you cut off. Then put some of the blue glue on the fitting and carefully lower it in there and fit it into the stuck pipe. Brace the pipe so it won't blow around if it gets windy and walk away. Don't go near it for 24 hours. Although the label says that the glue can be used in 20 minutes, don't try it. It takes 24-48 hours to handle pressure.
