Adding another well may introduce new troubles. I think I would work on this one some more before I made a new well. Sometimes it takes months before a well gets right.

I would try the ait compressor method. Three ways to do this:
1. Using low powered compressor, turn the air compressor on, then when the air bubble comes up, turn it off and let the water down quickly (surging)
1a. Just let the big bubbles come to the top and geyser up and out. May shoot 20 feet up. Good if you have sand in the water.
3. High powered air compressor (the ones on trailers) is what the pros use around here. It just "raps" like knocking on a board.

Try it. What do you have to lose? You should be able to borrow an air compressor if you don't have one.
