I have a small 5 gal compressor that I use. I have it set at maximum pressure which is 125 lbs. I have a 1/2 ball valve that I turn the air on and off with. Each time I begin having trouble, I take the air compressor out and begin blowing up water. Sand comes at times. The sand is medium size and a few small rocks.

The water is back to cool now. I ran the pump for 1 hr this AM and 2 hrs in the PM with the faucet about 3/4 open. It still skips from time to time. It reminds me of a engine in a car that skips when the pump is running.

I have read the Brady method for a washed well. I saw the diagram on the last page about having more than one well on a pump. I did not know this may give me more trouble.

Thanks for your help.
