Everyone's water table is different. The only method I can suggest is do they allow basements there? If so, the water table is probably more than 25 feet.

There should be people there that have wells . . . maybe wells that preceded city water and maybe wells used only for irrigation. Sometimes the water well that preceded city water was converted to an irrigation well.

If you poke around, there should be houses that are 75 or more years old, before city water was run out there. Often the farm land was converted to modern post WWII developments. That's a good place to ask.
