My name is Fred Dungan and I am the owner of Water Well Helpline. The subject of your post is beyond the scope of this website. Also, I am not ready to endorse using aquifers for cooling purposes. What you are proposing to do seems to be tantamount to someone washing their dirty laundry upstream from where other people must draw their potable water. However, there is a possibility that you have a permit and have taken precautions not to pollute the aquifer. If that is the case, telephone me at (951) 688-1396 and we will discuss the matter.
