This is a heads up to the correctional officers. Are you
aware that "Special Operations" has been at SECC daily for
the past few weeks shooting up the place with "live fire"
from automatic weapons? Wasn't it not long ago that we
taxpayers footed the $ 35,000,000.00 bill to renovate this
historical landmark?

Mr. Commishioner Maloney,

Have you authorized the destruction of Southeastern
Correctional Center by allowing your "Special Operations"
Unit to enter and discharge firearms within SECC. Certainly
laws exist prohibiting the malicious destruction of state
property and discharging firarms within 500' of a dwelling!
Secc is within 500' of the Minimum Unit, OCCC and the State
Hospital. The occupancy permits for these facilities list
DWELLING as their primary use. It certainly would be
interesting what Governor Romney and the Legislature have to
say when they veiw the damage caused by your elite ones.
The Historical Society and other groups having an interest
in the preservation of historical landmarks in addition to
concerned news media publications shall be informed of the
destruction and tax dollar waste as well. One of the few
reasons agency heads are removed from office is what?
Can you say wastefull spending and misappropriation of
funds?
