Ultra-lightweight Aluminum Three-Wheeled Rig for Sale

Bruce Chambers of Yardley, PA was a builder of sulkies for racing horses. He was also known for crafting some of the sturdiest, bullet-proof three-wheeled sled dog training carts, in steel or aluminum. We have for sale one of Bruces aluminum rigs. Although about 25 years old, it has only about a couple hundred miles on it. All of the high quality welds are solid, like new. The brake pads are originals and are barely worn. There are no dings or dents and even the tires (16x2.125, includes a spare with inner tube) are in great shape. There is little play in the j-bar steering. The only modification has been the addition of a spiffy leather wrap to the driver bar. This rig weighs in at a mere 50 pounds - a dryland racing edge, and quickly and easily folds low without the use of any tools. It is in gorgeous condition! Photos available. We believe that Bruce Chambers was to wheeled rigs as Dick Moulton was to classic wooden sleds. Selling price $425. Must pick up. We are in northwest Connecticut. 860-485-9088
