I think ThinkDB's form designer is the greatest feature of it and it is a real relational database. HandBase is good too, its new version added the form designer as well. But ThinkDB's has tap, HandBase seems does not have. And someone told me HandBase is not a real relational database. I am not sure.
ThinkDB's Desktop does not support double byte Windows, I found this is really upset as a Chinese user.
If your target user is HK, China and Taiwan people, I think a Chinese interface both on Palm and PC is a must as lot of users in these 3 places prefer Chinese rather than English.
I think an import function is a must too. Lot of users want to import data to a Palm database from Excel, text, etc. rather than input to it from zero.

P.S. The company producing ThinkDB should be thinkingBytes rather than ThinkBytes as mentioned in your Word Doc.
