Subject: Tonka Quick Draw Buckles

I know this is a truck forum but it is the only forum on Tonkas I have found. My question is does anyone know anything about the Quick Draw Buckles They have little race cars on them that are motorized. You pull them backwards untill the hood pop's up when you tap the hood off they go.
The cars have Tonka Corp 1982 on them. Are they collectable or have any value? Thank You
