Subject: Need info on Tonka Car Boat

While I was going through some photos at my Parents house I found a Christmas picture of me and my new Tonka Toy.
It was a Tonka car boat. The boat was red and it slid in a white plastic frame that made it into a car.
I got the toy in the early 70's. I remember the toy well but don't know what happened to it.
Can anyone help me identify this toy better. Maybe the year it was made, model number etc.
Where I could find one?
