Content wil be the 8 mother palms of the Cheng Style of Bagua Zhang; people will learn the form, and then we will break down the bits and pieces of it into devastatingly simple yet very effective Bunkai. The 2nd days class, we will review the first days content in quick order, and then delve into my interp of Isshinryu Kata from a tuite and kyusho perspective.
