Being an Afghan national, I currently reside in the UK. I came to UK in January 2004 and ever since I have been in full time education. After the completion of my secondary education, I am now considering joining University to study International Relations and Politics; however my current immigration status doesn’t allow me to apply for public funds in the UK . I have already received offers from some of the top UK Universities i.e. the University of Keele , Greenwich , and Aston and classed to pay a home student fee.
My financial circumstances is not such where I can afford my studies and therefore I am keen to apply to any Scholarships or financial assistance to any US University to continue my studies and return back to Afghanistan after the completion of my course and serve my country. I have achieved tremendous results in my secondary education in the UK and expect to do well in my higher education too.
Can you please support me or advice me what steps to take to ensure that I get financial assistance from any US institute to continue my studies.
