The gaelic word for grandma is Sean Mhathar(shan wahar)(literally old mother). The affectionate word is Mamó
(mam-oh). Grandpa is Sean Athar (shan ahar)(old father)and it's affectionate word is Dadó(dad-oh) or Daidió(da-joe)
