Nathan is the diminuative of Jonathan and so comes under the various translations for John.
Seán, Shawn, Shaun, Eoin, Owen, Ewan
As ypu are using a diminuative I would take either Seán or Eoin and use Seánaí(Shaw-ny) or Eoiní (Owen-ee)
