Dia duit, a chara,
Through discussion with others, I've learned that 'Tá grá agam duit.'(Tá grá agam daoibh.-plural.) is a simple way of saying 'I love you.' to those whom you "have love at you" for, but are not romantically addressing - friends, your parents, pets (Eeewwww! LOL), etc.
And 'Tá mo chroí istigh ionat.' gives a deeper sentiment.
And for 'My love.' the first thing I thing of is 'mo chroí', but this feels a bit odd if you were to put it on a card along with 'Tá mo chroí ionat.' There must be more, I'm just stuck for the moment.
Slán,
Maidhc.
