Subject: Translation of dedication

Hello,

I've recently painted a picture for a friend's daughter and was wanting to write a dedication for her on the back to read when she's older. I thought it would be a nice idea to write it in Gaelic (to add an air of mystery and also to encourage her to learn Irish when she's older). I'm a bit stumped on translating what I've got, and was wondering if anyone here could help?

"To Freya, a reminder of the 4th of November 2001, a day when your mam made a very special wish... With love and blessings, Barry."

I believe the ending would be "Le Grá agus bheannachtí, a Bharry" and the beginning would be "Go Freya" - would I be right? The rest I'm stumped with.

Thanks in advance,

Barry.
