Yes, this a Gaelic phrase.
Dia Ghuit means hello (literally "God to you")...agus means "and"
Oiche Mhaith means "Good night" (the spelling on your copy is not correct. Night is feminine and requires the Maith to be lenited with an "h" after the "M"
