Seriously though, my mother lived there for two weeks, the late Aunt Kaylynn was actually born there and one of the neighbour kids says his brother's ex-girlfriend's sister's boyfriend's stepmother's parents grew up there too. I have a pretty good idea of what it's like- from what I've heard it's far too crowded for any new families to move in, and there's not even a rotation, just some system of everyone living at the same time that plays havoc with everyone's life plans. Not to mention that your hood has to have super-fast systems to be able to handle a conversion properly. If I had to choose between the two other dimensions, personally I'd go for the TS1 dimension, but that's just me. Your hood can do whatever it wants about the new dimension, but don't say I didn't warn you :)
