Subject: Doing a Refill
In reply to: KC 's message, "3D Nail Art" on 14:22:22 10/26/07 Fri

Should I be taking away all the gel from the previous time when doing a refill/backfill?

I generally shorten the nail, take the thickness down and thin out the free edge back to almost nothing, but not quite, and thin down most of the nail. I leave probably about 2/3's of the previous gel on there if there are no problems.

Also, when using the Nail Primer, do I use that over the entire nail even though it is old gel from last time? I should refer to the video really, but just thought I would ask.

Many thanks
Chrissy
