Thanks Shannon, that is a great help. I have only just bought the Protein Primer and have found a great improvement. Before this,I always seemed to have some sort of lifting - nothing major, just annoying.

I used to have an electric file, but it has seized and I need to find someone who will take a look at it to see if it is worth mending. In the meantime, I hand file. I have to say that I just love the builder gel - I have never used that before, but it is easy to apply and have a good feel to it.
