Subject: i want to sing

hi my name is christine i am 26 yrs old born american of irish descent i live in nyc
i have had a rough life and worked 9-5 jobs and sometimes recieved public help[thank you to the tax payers}
i was born a natural singer and have a great voice as well as drawing and cooking.i have a deep passion for singing but it was something i always shared with the lord and myself alone at home singing to the radio or in the shower,I have finally found the confidence within ,and this big ball of light just wants to comeout but i have no way of getting my feet wet.i have a talent that could change my life but no opportunities have come my way,i am not a great songwriter but words of songs hit my soul and burst out through my voice I know i could make it but i just don't know really how to do it,i am good at singing rock pop and r&b
