All they wanted to do is to keep me on the stuff because they were the ones making the money off of my disease. Who gives a herion addict another drug to get addicted to and then keeps putting them on a higher and higher dosage to where we end up right where we were before the methadone? These clinics are owned not by the state or counties which they claim to help but by corperate greed monsters who feed off the sickness of the weak. Believe me after 23 years of being around these people I know what I'm talking about. I was told I'd never get off methadone----so I got myself down to 14 mlgs and detoxed myself. It was hard but no harder than having a few days without herion. Please email me with your stories of horror. I'd love to write a book or a newspaper article to expose these "legal drug dealers!" Are they any different then the scum we use to by our drugs off the street. I need some info and background. I know my experience and those of the people who are still around to know the difference but I need your screams for help so I can try to do something about it.
