Hi, your going to have to go to to a program .odds are stacked against you trying to quit by yourself .youll get by the withdrawals in a couple days .Just stay down and sleep .don't let friends over .Find a NA meting or AA or any addiction program you can't quit alone .don't even try it ,pray to god ,you wo'nt believe how fast your life will turn around get help ,do'nt use.just ask god sincerely and keep asking he'll deliver if your honest . -I know I v'e been right where you are .I'm glad I was honest -i have six years clean because I let go of stopping by myself .Somethings can't be done alone ,this is one of them .I went along time thinking I could fix it myself ,never happened till I asked for help .and followed their advice and not my own.Pray for you
