 You said it all very well. The number 2 industry in the USA is the prison system. There is no reason to change the laws because there is an economy at stake. There is money to be made illegally and legally...big money. Addicts are fathers, mothers, children, doctors, teachers, school drop outs, athletes, mechanics, etc. Buprenorphine is the way to get off opiates. Change people, places and things. It works if you use these things in combination. Find a group to join and make new friends. It will work if you work at it.
