Thanks for your reply Leslie. What I see though is that improvements have taken place much faster with other issues and projects and not nearly fast enough for such an impact problem as substance abuse/addiction/crime in our County. There has been a lot of talk but all of the timetables have come and gone and still nothing. Just more delays and more b.s. by our so called leaders. The plans sound great but when will they be achieved? In our lifetime? How about a women's transitional program? I really don't see any progress. You can talk forever about doing something or you can shut up and do it. Yes a lot of people, addicts and their loved ones are suffering and the whole community also pays the price. How much must we all suffer? I think sufficient demand has been voiced but those who are in a position to take action have failed us miserably. I think people just don't care enough. Wake up Carroll County leaders and make this your #1 priority. I demand it!
