I'm glad you posted your message. I am sorry to hear about your brother and his girlfriend...and the baby. Your parents must be frantic. There is a remedy, though. Your mom and dad can go to court and file an ex parte stating that the child is in physical danger. Then there will be a hearing to discern if the baby is in real danger and if your brother is a fit parent. You can also call social services protective agency and file a complaint about your concern. Don't hesitate to call DSS because it sounds like the baby could be in real trouble. At the very least it will force the subject into the open and the baby's parents will get treatment. This is a lot for you to take on at 15. Go to your school counselor or church pastor or even a teacher. You need to talk to someone about this. It's too big a situation for you to handle alone.
